Message Summary: Isn’t it ironic how much time and energy we spending for the Christmas holiday, then, when the big day is finally over, we have less than a week to prepare for a new year? Not that having more time would make much difference in our lives. Most of us put off making New Year’s resolutions as much as we can. The thought of putting another set of goals down on a piece of paper, knowing far too well that we don’t really mean to achieve them, does little to motivate us to celebrate the new year. Yet a brand new year is filled with so many amazing possibilities. What does God want for our lives? What does God want for our church family? What could we achieve together if we really chose to pursue God with all of hearts and all of our minds? On this final Sunday of 2017, we will peer into the future and consider the possibilities of what a new year could mean for our Indianola church family and the community we are trying to impact with the good news of Jesus Christ.
